Lora Brown, President:

Lora’s background in human resource and payroll has lent itself nicely to the development and ongoing internal function of Advantage Staffing. Lora worked in JCPenneys’ Government Reporting and Payroll Division for five years. She was hired as the Payroll Tax Administrator for Gottschalks, Inc., where her tax reporting and compliance knowledge grew extensively. As of late, Lora has used her accounting and payroll backgrounds to strengthen the fiscal capabilities and processes of Advantage Staffing. Her knowledge of payroll, tax reporting and accounting has empowered Advantage Staffing with responsible and organized business practices.

Rolland E. Brown Jr., Branch Manager:

Rolland’s background is in workforce development. Holding a position with the Department of Labor (DOL) on the Fresno County Workforce Investment Board (FCWIB) for eight years, Mr. Brown was responsible as a Contract Administrator for the California Statewide Eligible Training Provider program. In addition to being a Contract Administrator, he also held a Labor Market Research Analyst position for the Labor Market Information (LMI) division. Rolland’s passion for workforce development is prevalent not only in his vigilant efforts to discover qualified candidates, but also in fostering partnerships that bridge the gap between a qualified workforce and employers who diligently seek them. Mr. Brown has had a leading role in creating Advantage Staffing and its’ unparalleled approach to customer satisfaction, which truly gives employers the “Advantage”.
